The resort

Beach Villas sits on Honu Lagoon, the second of the four lagoons, with a seaside path to the others. Owners' guests share two pools, three spas, a kiddie pool, a fitness center with steam rooms, a beach bar, barbecues, and a 24-hour front desk.

Live from the Ko Olina Golf Club (first tee and range), a few minutes from the villas. It is the only public live camera we have found at Ko Olina. Public camera streamed by HD Relay; we don't operate it, and it may be offline at times.

Good to know before you arrive

House rules travel with you

Renting a villa means agreeing to the resort's House Rules. You'll get a summary at check-in: registered guests only in common areas, occupancy limits per villa, and quiet consideration for neighbours.

Smoke-free, lanais included

No smoking or e-cigarettes in common areas or on lanais. A designated area is provided.

Parking

Parking for one car is included with your villa; an additional space may be available on request, subject to availability. A second stall, when available, is $25 per stay plus GET (no charge if the villa owns two stalls); there is no other registration fee. Park only in your assigned stall, inside the lines, with your permit showing. Vehicles must fit the stall; limousines and oversized vehicles can't park at the resort.
