Questions guests ask
Is Beach Villas at Ko Olina a hotel?
No. It's a resort condominium: every villa is privately owned, and you book it with its owner or with one of the resort's twelve authorized rental agents. Guests share the pools, fitness center, beach bar and grounds, and staff are on site around the clock.
Is parking included?
Parking for one car is included with every villa. An additional space may be available on request, subject to availability. A second stall, when available, is $25 per stay plus GET (no charge if the villa owns two stalls); there is no other registration fee.
How many guests can stay?
Two-bedroom villas sleep up to 6 and three-bedroom villas sleep up to 8.
Why book here instead of a big travel site?
This site is a cooperative of the resort's individual owners and authorized rental agents. You find the villa here and book direct with its host, so no travel-site service fee is added. Each host still sets its own rate, taxes and cleaning fee.
How close are the villas to the beach?
Honu Lagoon is right in front of the towers. 'Walking distance' is the phrase guests use most in their reviews: 438 reviews mention it. A seaside path links all four Ko Olina lagoons.
How many people can stay in a villa?
Two-bedroom villas sleep up to six guests and three-bedroom villas up to eight. Some hosts set a lower limit, so check the villa's listing.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Every villa on this site has a 6-night minimum stay.
Can our family book several villas together for a reunion or wedding?
Yes. Search your dates to see how many villas are open and how many guests they sleep between them, then book each one with its host. Large groups can book up to 2 years in advance. Hundreds of reviews mention weddings, anniversaries and honeymoons here.
Are the lagoons safe for children?
The lagoons are sheltered and popular with families, but there are no lifeguards at Ko Olina. Swim at your own risk and keep a close eye on keiki.
What is parking like?
Each villa has assigned parking. Park only in your stall, inside the lines, with your permit showing. Visitor parking is available, but limousines and vehicles too large for a stall can't park at the resort.
What comes with the villas?
Full kitchens designed by Chef Roy Yamaguchi with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private lanai. Many hosts add beach gear such as boogie boards, chairs and snorkel sets; the villa's listing says what's included.
