Privacy

This site takes no payment information. Searches run in your browser. The request-to-book form asks for your name, email and (optionally) phone; they go to the villa's host and to the Owners Group, only to answer your request. Requests and Hot Sheet sign-ups are kept in private files on our web hosting, outside the public website, and are used only for those purposes; email Info@BVKOGroup.com to have yours deleted.

If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the ad's click ID and ad group are kept for that visit only (in your browser's session storage, not a cookie) and sent with a booking request, so the Owners Group can count which ads lead to requests and confirmed stays. It is also checked against the villa's public availability calendar to see whether the stay was booked. Nothing else about you is shared with Google for this.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and booking links are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view; it does not receive what you type into the search. A notice on your first visit lets you accept or decline these cookies; until you accept, Google Analytics stores no cookies. You can also opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies.

The live weather line on the home page loads from the U.S. National Weather Service (api.weather.gov). When you follow a link to a host's booking page, that site's own privacy policy applies.

The live resort camera is provided by a third party (HD Relay) and loads from its servers.
