Several oceanfront villas side by side, up to 2 years in advance, with free cancellation.
Find a group package
A package is several villas from one host: one licensed rental agent, or one owner with several villas. One request reaches that host, under one agreement, with one person to coordinate your stay.

How it works
- Tell us your dates and head count. Use “Find a group package” above, or email Info@BVKOGroup.com with your dates, number of guests and bedrooms needed.
- We find villas together. The owners and on-island agents match open villas in the Ocean and Beach Towers, as close to one another as the calendars allow.
- Book direct, no travel-site fees. Each villa is booked with its owner or agent; one on-island contact coordinates arrivals for the whole group.

Lifetime celebrations for up to 40 friends
Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and family milestones: the resort's Owners' Lounge can be reserved for a private gathering of up to 40 people, owners and their guests together.
- Evenings from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., set-up and clean-up included.
- Reserved through the Resort Manager, up to 6 months ahead, first come, first served.
- A refundable security deposit and an hourly fee apply, as set by the Association's House Rules.
Your villa's on-island agent can request the Lounge for you when you book. The Lounge is a resort facility run by the Association, not by the Rental Owners Group; its own rules and blackout dates apply.
Room for everyone
Two pools, three spas, a fitness center with steam rooms, the beach bar and grill, barbecues and the Honu Lagoon lawn and beach are shared by every guest, so a group can spread out by day and gather in the evening.
Free cancellation and its deadline are stated in each villa's booking confirmation; each villa's host sets its own rates.
