Beach Villas Rental Owners Corporation (Owners Group)

A Hawaii nonprofit corporation (in formation) of the owners of villas at the resort who self-manage and the licensed, approved rental agents at the resort who take part in the Resort Collection. Members are dedicated to the presentation of the resort and the service their guests receive, from the condition of each villa to the welcome at the front door.

BV ROC Marketing Group, LLC

The Owners Group's own company. It runs this website and the shared marketing for member villas, so guests can find every member villa in one place and book it directly with its owner or agent. It does not take bookings or guest payments.

Our mission: “Hand in hand, one ʻohana, welcoming every guest home to Beach Villas.”

Our goal

To join the interests of the resort's rental community in one first-class luxury resort destination, with the same standard of amenities at every member villa.

The Resort Collection standard

Every member villa provides the following, where the service is not already available or provided by the Association of Apartment Owners or its staff, and where it is needed:

Professional housekeeping, with close attention to cleaning.
Personal arrival and greeting: escort and orientation, with curbside luggage help.
Pre-registration and check-in before arrival.
In-villa inclusions and a welcome gift.
Pre-arrival grocery stocking and delivery, on request.
Parking for one car at no cost.
No added credit card fees or website charges.
A registered on-island agent, available 24 hours a day, able to resolve issues on the owner's behalf.

Fair to every owner

Every member villa is shown the same way, and the order is reshuffled at random on every page load — no paid placement, no permanent top spot.

Membership and governance

Members are held to strict standards to maintain the integrity of every member. Membership is a commitment, not a listing service: each member assigns its Association voting proxy to the decisions of the Owners Group's Board through a Proxy Commitment, given meeting by meeting as Hawaii law requires.

The Board has seven seats, all elected by the membership: three rental-agent brokers (once three or more brokerages are members), three owners who are not rental agents — whether they manage their own villa or use a rental agent — and one housekeeping company.

Book direct, never pay more

Every member agrees that no price it advertises for a villa, on any travel site, will be lower than that villa's direct booking price. Each owner and rental agent sets its own rates.
